- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to leads to sell services/products and receive inbound calls to address customer inquiries.
- Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, pitch offerings based on set scripts, and qualify prospects for the sales team.
- Database Management: Log call outcomes, update contact details, and record customer feedback in the company's CRM.
- Query Resolution: Address complaints, provide product information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow-ups: Schedule call-backs, send requested information via email, and pursue warm leads to maximize conversions.
