Responsible for managing all human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, attendance, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Source and screen candidates for bakery production, sales, and support roles
- Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate hiring
- Employee Documentation
- Prepare and maintain joining letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters
- Maintain employee records and files
- Attendance & Payroll
- Manage employee attendance systems
- Process monthly payroll, overtime, and leave records
- HR Policies
- Implement HR policies and employee guidelines
- Handle employee grievances and discipline
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee database
- Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-4 years HR experience
- Experience handling factory or manufacturing workforce preferred
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, and labour laws
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
