We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Communicate throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and MIS reports.
- Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information professionally.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
