Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and digital inquiries from interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch the right solutions.
- Convert warm leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer details in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0 to 1years in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service (Freshers with great communication are welcome).
- Language: Excellent verbal communication in Malayalam.
- Skills: Strong persuasion, active listening, and a target-driven mindset.
- Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
