Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager – Gold Loan to manage multiple branches and drive business growth, profitability, portfolio quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor multiple Gold Loan branches.
- Achieve Gold Loan disbursement, AUM, collection, and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor Branch Managers and branch teams.
- Drive customer acquisition, renewals, and business growth.
- Monitor overdue, NPA, auction, and collection performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, KYC/AML, and audit requirements.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
- Analyse MIS and take corrective actions to improve branch performance.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate.
- 5–10 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking / Retail Lending.
- Prior experience in Gold Loan Cluster/Regional/Branch Management preferred.
- Strong leadership, sales, collection, and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned branches.
