Your Mission
Your primary responsibility is simple:
Generate a consistent flow of high-quality entrepreneur leads into our ecosystem.
You will plan, execute, measure, and improve marketing campaigns while building the landing pages and systems that convert visitors into members.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute Meta advertising campaigns
- Generate qualified leads for our community, workshops, and premium programs
- Build and optimize landing pages using WordPress
- Improve conversion rates through testing and experimentation
- Set up lead funnels and marketing automation
- Manage website updates and performance
- Track campaign performance using analytics and dashboards
- Work closely with the founder to launch new campaigns quickly
- Create simple, high-converting marketing assets with the content team
- Continuously test new lead generation strategies
Requirements
We're looking for someone who has experience with:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Lead generation campaigns
- WordPress website development
- Landing page creation
- Basic SEO
- Google Analytics
- Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Marketing funnels
- Email marketing tools (preferred)
- Basic graphic design knowledge (bonus)
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. (preferred)
