Job Description:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at the construction/site location, ensuring work is completed as per plans, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or issues
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
- Maintain site records such as attendance, progress reports, and material logs
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of work
- Report progress and challenges to management regularly
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and project management tools
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other civil engineering software
