Job Overview
DK Patil Builders & Developers is seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and supporting the successful execution of residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and project documentation.
- Monitor material usage and site inventory.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or site execution.
- Knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
