Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage daily customer orders across e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, tailoring, vendors, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Track order timelines and proactively identify delays or operational issues.
- Communicate order status updates to customers via email and WhatsApp.
- Handle international orders and overseas customer communication.
- Manage returns, exchanges, alterations, and order modifications.
- Maintain and update order tracking sheets, dashboards, and internal reports.
- Support the customer service team during high-volume periods such as sales and festive seasons.
- Ensure accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and delivery records.
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Strong interest in ethnic wear, contemporary fashion, and fashion e-commerce.
- Basic knowledge of fashion illustration and garment construction.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
