Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ECG Technician & Phlebotomist responsible for performing ECG tests and collecting blood samples from patients at their homes. The role requires technical expertise, accuracy, and strong patient-handling skills to ensure high-quality diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit patients’ homes for ECG tests and blood sample collection as per schedule.
- Perform ECG procedures using standard medical protocols and ensure accurate readings.
- Collect blood samples safely using proper venipuncture techniques.
- Label, store, and transport samples to the lab under required conditions.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards during procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient details and test records.
- Coordinate with the lab team for sample submission and report updates.
- Handle equipment carefully and ensure proper maintenance.
- Provide professional and polite patient interaction during home visits.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned visits and reporting.
Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate in ECG Technician / MLT / Phlebotomy or related field.
- Knowledge of ECG machine operation and blood collection techniques.
- Good understanding of sample handling and lab safety protocols.
- Strong communication and patient management skills.
- Ability to work independently in field/home visit environment.
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years in ECG, phlebotomy, diagnostic lab, or home collection services.
Other Requirements:
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred/mandatory (as per company requirement).
- Willingness to travel for home collection visits daily.
