- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and office roles – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
- Conduct structured onboarding and induction for new joiners across levels.
- Maintain and process attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll for accurate and timely salary processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance – PF, ESI, labour law registers, and other applicable filings, working with the compliance consultant/vendor as needed.
- Own HR documentation – offer letters, appointment letters, personal files, exit formalities, and HR MIS.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, transparent workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in coordination with department heads and management.
- Support implementation and rollout of HR policies, including performance management and R&R frameworks.
- Coordinate with plant supervisors and department heads on manpower planning and workforce-related matters.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Must have:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification; graduates with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
- 3–6 years of hands-on generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, plant, or industrial environments.
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and payroll coordination.
- Comfortable working closely with plant/shop-floor staff as well as office teams.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali as relevant to the workforce; local language ability is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with HRMS/payroll software is a plus.
- Dependable, process-oriented, and comfortable being the single point of contact for HR at the plant.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
