Job Description – Safety Officer
Responsible for ensuring workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance by implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, conducting safety training, investigating incidents, and ensuring adherence to statutory safety regulations. The role focuses on promoting a safe work environment and achieving zero-harm operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and statutory requirements.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts/conditions.
- Deliver safety inductions and awareness programs.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
