We are looking for a responsible and technology-friendly B2B Jewellery Website Executive to manage and handle our jewellery B2B website.
The selected candidate will be responsible for keeping product information updated, managing customer enquiries, coordinating online orders, and ensuring that the website operates smoothly for our B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of the B2B jewellery website.
- Add and update jewellery designs, images, categories, descriptions, and product details.
- Check website pricing, product information, gold colour options, and other design specifications.
- Monitor new enquiries, quotation requests, and orders received through the website.
- Coordinate with the sales, ERP, inventory, design, and production teams.
- Assist customers with website login, product selection, order placement, and basic technical issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding incomplete enquiries or pending orders.
- Ensure that all website information is accurate and updated.
- Prepare basic reports for website visitors, enquiries, orders, and customer activity.
- Identify website errors or improvement opportunities and coordinate with the IT or development team.
- Support B2B website promotions, WhatsApp campaigns, product launches, and customer onboarding.
Required Skills
- Good computer and internet knowledge.
- Comfortable working with websites, ERP software, Excel, and WhatsApp.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of jewellery products will be preferred.
- Ability to manage product images and information accurately.
- Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, image editing, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in any relevant field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce, website management, jewellery, sales support, ERP, or customer service preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer knowledge and an interest in the jewellery industry may also apply.
- Candidate should be comfortable coordinating with customers and multiple internal departments.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
