Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST compliance, reconciliations, and statutory reporting, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle GST-related activities including data preparation and filing of GST returns
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies, if any
- Conduct ledger and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance
- Prepare periodic financial reports as required by management
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and other financial documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
- Familiarity with accounting software (such as Tally or similar tools)
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
