Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller Sales Executive to connect with prospective students, explain our training programs, generate leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Explain course offerings, fees, schedules, and career benefits.
- Follow up with inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and website registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and admissions in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
- Generate referrals and promote new courses and programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or education counseling (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in Hindi; English communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
