Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join Yeame by Lollipopz. The ideal candidates should have a charming personality, a passion for fashion and the ability to deliver an excellent in-store customer experience. Freshers with a keen interest in retail are welcome, while candidates with prior experience in textile or lifestyle stores will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets
- Maintain product knowledge, especially in sarees and ethnic wear
- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and upkeep of the store
- Assist customers with draping sarees and styling guidance (preferred for experienced candidates)
- Handle billing support and basic store operations when required
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with experience in textile, saree, or lifestyle retail stores
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Basic understanding of fashion trends and sarees (mandatory for saree experts)
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in saree draping and styling
- Sales-driven attitude with a positive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
