About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at UIDM, Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students/clients effectively over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and explain courses/services
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Generate and schedule appointments/counselling sessions
Maintain and update lead data in records/CRM
Resolve basic queries and provide excellent customer support
Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team for conversions
Achieve daily/weekly call and follow-up targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Undergraduate (Any Stream)
0–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support/sales (Freshers can also apply)
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM preferred)
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
