The IT GRC Risk and Automation Analyst is responsible for the , implementation, automation, and user support for the enterprise GRC platform, integrated risk management tools, and automated reporting functions for the IT and Security organizations.
This role builds, deploys, and automates common governance, risk, and compliance processes. You will ensure that our technologies, automated workflows, and business operations.
- Platform & Integration Architecture: Design, implement, configure, and maintain the enterprise GRC tool, ensuring seamless API integrations
- Workflow Automation: Develop, optimize, and maintain automated data workflows, evidence-collection pipelines, and system integrations to shift the organization toward continuous compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive third-party security assessments to evaluate vendor security posture, compliance frameworks, and risk exposure across the supply chain
- 3–5 years of experience in GRC, security, IT risk management, or security operations with a strong focus on automation.
- Proven experience in automated controls assessment , continuous monitoring, and security risk management.
- The ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex algorithmic or infrastructure risks into clear business impacts.
- Deep understanding of security and privacy frameworks: NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2, and GDPR .
- Working knowledge of modern AI governance and risk frameworks: NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 (Artificial Intelligence Management System), and the EU AI Act .
