Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Service Coordinator to support our sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer coordination, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to process orders and follow up with clients
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Schedule service visits and coordinate with the technical team
- Maintain records of sales, service reports, and customer data
- Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and service completion
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English (Bengali is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
