Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with deep expertise in banking operations, project finance, and treasury functions within the highways and infrastructure construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end banking operations including fund flow, bank guarantees, LC/BG management, and credit facilities.
- Handle project finance, treasury operations, and cash flow planning across multiple highway / EPC project sites.
- Oversee project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting for HAM, BOT, EPC, and PPP infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and lenders for loan disbursement and compliance.
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, budget vs. actuals, and variance analysis for senior management.
- Manage statutory compliances — GST, TDS, Income Tax — and liaison with auditors.
- Support CFO / Head Finance in financial planning, forecasting, and investor reporting.
Required Experience
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience specifically in Highways, Roads, Infrastructure, EPC, or Construction sector.
- Proven experience in banking operations, project finance, and treasury management.
- Exposure to HAM, BOT, EPC, and PPP infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Com from a recognized university (preferably Delhi University).
- MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution (2nd league colleges acceptable).
Additional qualifications such as CA Inter or CMA Inter will be an advantage
Pay: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
