Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and disciplined OT Staff – Loading & Supply to support the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre during hair transplant procedures. The candidate will be responsible for timely preparation, loading, arrangement, and supply of OT consumables, instruments, and required materials while maintaining proper hygiene, sterilization, and inventory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange all required OT consumables, instruments, and supplies before each procedure.
- Ensure timely loading and supply of materials to the OT as per the requirement of the surgical team.
- Maintain adequate stock of OT consumables and inform the concerned person about shortages or requirements in advance.
- Assist in the preparation of hair transplant procedure kits and trays.
- Ensure all instruments and materials are properly arranged and readily available during procedures.
- Coordinate with OT technicians, nursing staff, doctors, and the store team for smooth material flow.
- Follow proper sterilization, autoclaving, fumigation, and infection-control protocols as instructed.
- Check instruments and supplies before and after procedures.
- Maintain proper records of materials issued and consumed during cases.
- Ensure used instruments are collected, segregated, and sent for proper cleaning and sterilization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the OT supply area, loading area, and storage spaces.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable for consumables and medical supplies.
- Report damaged, expired, missing, or insufficient materials immediately to the concerned senior/HR.
- Ensure there is no unnecessary wastage or misuse of OT materials.
- Support the OT team during high-volume surgery days and ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Strictly follow all clinic policies, SOPs, hygiene standards, and instructions from doctors and senior management.
- Maintain professional behavior and discipline inside the OT and clinical areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in OT/healthcare operations preferred.
- Experience in a hair transplant clinic or surgical OT will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of OT instruments, consumables, sterilization, and infection-control practices.
- Good organizational and inventory-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during multiple/high-volume cases.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Should be punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
- Willingness to work flexible hours according to surgical schedules.
- Basic knowledge of medical hygiene and safety protocols.

Performance Expectations
The selected candidate will be expected to ensure that all required OT materials, instruments, and consumables are available, properly arranged, and supplied on time, so that hair transplant procedures can be conducted smoothly without delays due to material or supply issues.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
