Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Meet potential customers and present company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field sales activities in assigned territories.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1.5 years of experience in sales and lead generation.
- Experience in field sales and direct customer interaction.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
