Job Title: HVAC Operator
Monthly Salary: ₹25,500
Educational Qualification:
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Air-Conditioning
Required Experience:
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of large physical infrastructure components of HVAC and DG Systems.
- Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of Chillers, Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRAC), Comfort Air Conditioning, and Diesel Generator (DG) components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operations, monitoring, and preventive/corrective maintenance of centralized HVAC systems, chillers, CRAC units, and comfort air conditioning setups.
- Oversee and support the operation and routine maintenance of associated Diesel Generator (DG) components to maintain system uptime.
- Troubleshoot system operational issues, temperature fluctuations, pressure imbalances, and mechanical failures.
- Conduct regular inspections of large physical infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Maintain equipment logs, operating records, service history, and temperature/humidity parameters.
- Adhere strictly to industrial safety standards, environmental protocols, and facility operating guidelines.
Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
