Job Summary:
PeeJay Max Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to oversee daily sales operations, lead and develop the sales team, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies while maintaining accurate CRM records and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor lead allocation, customer follow-ups, sales pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order execution and customer support.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate critical issues to the management when required.
- Maintain team discipline, accountability, and adherence to company sales processes.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce (B.Com), or any related discipline. MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Proficiency in CRM applications, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
