Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and developing effective marketing strategies to promote our Ayurvedic/FMCG products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
- Promote products through online and offline marketing channels
- Coordinate with the production and design team for campaigns and promotions
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
- Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (FMCG/Ayurveda preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, ads, etc.) is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
