We're Hiring – Quality Controller (QC) for Textile Industry
ABIJA EXPORTS (LESPARO) — A growing garment manufacturing & export company in Tamil Nadu, is looking for an experienced Quality Controller to help us deliver world-class garments to customers across the globe.
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu Position: Quality Controller (QC) Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
✔ Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the garment production process ✔ Inspect fabrics, trims, cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, and packing ✔ Ensure garments meet buyer specifications and quality requirements ✔ Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions ✔ Conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections ✔ Coordinate with production teams to achieve quality targets ✔ Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain documentation ✔ Ensure timely delivery of defect-free garments ✔ Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Garment Quality Controller
Complete knowledge of garment manufacturing, from fabric inspection to final packing Strong understanding of garment measurements, stitching, finishing, and quality standards
Experience handling buyer quality requirements and export standards
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead quality improvement initiatives
Must be willing to travel to Tiruppur four days a week as part of the job responsibilities.
