Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison between various stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet business requirements. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development activities, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and standards. Collaboration and leadership are central to driving the success of the projects undertaken.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development initiatives to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle HCM framework.
- Experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and upgrades.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application development best practices and lifecycle management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
