We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bending Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating , and maintaining bending machines.
Education Qualification :
12th / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Responsibility :
- Set up and operate bending machines CNC according to job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accuracy.
- Select appropriate tools, dies, and machine settings for each production run.
- Perform accurate bending operations on sheet metal parts to meet print specifications.
- Set up tools and machine parameters based on technical drawings.
- Monitor machine operations and performance during production, making real-time adjustments to maintain precision.
- Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy using calipers, gauges, and measurement instruments.
Requirements :
- Above 3 years of experience in Sheet metal bending or press brake operations preferred.
- Freshers with ITI / Diploma qualification can also apply.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
