Job Description
1) Document Control, Issuance of documents, SOPs, STPs, Log books to users
1. Responsible for document control, archival, retention and destruction of documents.
2. Issuance of batch record, worksheet, logbooks, SOPs layout and other documents.
3. Issuance of specification and test procedures as and when required. specification.
4. Archival of the documents as and when required.
5. Review of completed logs before archival for its completeness.
6. Retrieval of the documents as and when required.
7. Issuance of SOP, distribution, and retrieval to respective departments. To ensure all the obsolete copies of the SOP are retrieved before issuance of the SOP.
8. Shredding of the documents as and when required.
9. Issuance of shade cards to QC as and when required or as and when the new shade cards are received.
10.Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately. 11.Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.
12.Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
13. Any other job as may be assigned to you from time to time by the reporting manager or HOD.
