Job Title: Staff Nurse (Registered Nurse) – Assisted Living

Shift Details: Day Shift: 9 hours Night Shift: 12 hours - Rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in the Assisted Living facility.
- Monitor residents' health, vital signs, and overall well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist residents with daily healthcare needs and ensure their comfort.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe, hygienic environment.
- Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals for effective resident care.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / ANM qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
- Good knowledge of basic nursing procedures, elderly care, and infection control practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
