Role Summary:
The Commi 3 Chef / Kitchen Helper will support the kitchen team in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the culinary industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in basic food preparation and cooking under supervision.
- Support in garnishing, plating, and arranging ingredients for service.
- Assist Commi 1, Commi 2, and CDP in daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members for smooth kitchen workflow.
- Take guidance and training from senior chefs to enhance skills.
- Learn and upgrade culinary skills through training and practice.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow FSSAI and internal hygiene standards at all times.
- Adhere to safety guidelines for equipment handling and food storage.
- Take feedback positively and work on improving speed, accuracy, and presentation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under the guidance of senior chefs.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
