Key Responsibilities
1. Taxation & Returns
- Independent handling of GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filings, and annual reconciliations.
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and corporates.
- Managing TDS/TCS computations and quarterly return filings.
2. ROC & Company Law
- Handling ROC compliance, including filing of AOC-4 (Financial Statements) and MGT-7 (Annual Returns).
- Assisting in company and LLP incorporations and maintenance of statutory records.
3. Accounting & MIS
- Maintaining books of accounts in Tally Prime with high accuracy.
- Utilizing Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) for data analysis and financial reporting.
- Finalization of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss accounts.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Previous experience in a CA Firm is a must.
- Software Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grip on GST laws, Income Tax provisions, and Companies Act (ROC) procedures.
- Mindset: Willingness to learn and gain deeper exposure in a professional firm environment.
- Joining: Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period will be preferred.
