Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive inpatient and emergency medical care, support consultants, and ensure smooth clinical operations within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient care delivery: Diagnose, treat, and monitor patients across wards and OPDs
- Clinical procedures: Perform routine medical interventions and assist in complex procedures under consultant supervision.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: Coordinate with nursing, radiology, pharmacy, and allied departments for integrated patient care.
- Documentation & compliance: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment histories, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
- Continuous monitoring: Conduct regular rounds, follow up on treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Policy adherence: Uphold infection control, patient safety, and ethical standards in all clinical practices.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBBS degree from a recognized institution; valid registration with Medical Council.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on hospital practice
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, ability to work under pressure, effective communication with patients and staff.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts
