Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital growth strategies across paid marketing, performance campaigns, social media, and online acquisition channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital campaigns, funnel optimization, lead generation, and brand growth through data-backed marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- YouTube
- Display Networks
- App Campaigns
- Remarketing Channels
- Drive online lead generation and customer acquisition with strong focus on:
- ROI
- ROAS
- CPA
- Conversion rates
- Manage end-to-end marketing funnels including:
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Lead nurturing
- Retargeting strategies
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing campaigns and marketing assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify optimization opportunities and scale successful campaigns.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for:
- Creatives
- Audience targeting
- Ad copies
- Landing pages
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum return on ad spends.
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- YouTube Marketing
- Performance Campaign Management
- Good understanding of:
- SEO
- SEM
- Paid Media
- Marketing Funnels
- Attribution Models
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Firebase
- Mixpanel
- AppsFlyer
- Proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and campaign optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
