About the Role
Candidate to play a dynamic role in building relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales, communication, and business growth.
Should work closely with the leadership team to understand business requirement, promote products, and support business development initiatives across the markets. The role offers hands-on exposure to FMCG sales, client interaction, market research.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, confident, eager to learn, and comfortable interacting with people. Candidates who enjoy meeting new clients, exploring market opportunities, and contributing to a growing brand will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential distributors, retailers, and business partners
- Support sales and business development activities across assigned markets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in lead generation and follow-up with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for end-to-end order processing and smooth Coordination.
- Participate in product presentations and promotional activities
- Maintain sales reports, client databases, and daily activity trackers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
Candidate Profile
· Freshers can apply
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or similar related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
· Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction
· Good presentation and negotiation skills will be an advantage
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
· Key Skills Required
· Interest in FMCG products.
· Positive attitude with a willingness to travel for meetings and field visits
· Strong team player with strategic problem-solving abilities
· Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
· Comfortable handling pressure
· Someone who takes end-to-end ownership
