Position Overview
Skymakers Ventures is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager – Sales to lead and drive residential real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, handling channel partners, and leading the sales team to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Drive sales closures for residential and real estate projects.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
* Generate leads through direct sales, references, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.
* Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
* Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Team Management
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
* Set KPIs and track sales productivity.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
* Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
* Handle customer negotiations and high-value closures professionally.
* Coordinate with CRM and post-sales teams for seamless customer onboarding.
Channel Partner Management
* Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners.
* Organize channel partner meets and engagement activities.
* Ensure consistent business generation through partner networks.
Market & Reporting
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
* Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
* Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Experience in handling HNI clients and channel partners.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Preferred Skills
* Strong understanding of Bangalore real estate market trends.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
