Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and representing the Rare Planet brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Demonstrate product features and communicate brand values.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management.
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred).
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience (lifestyle, fashion, gifting, or similar industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong selling skills.
