Purpose of the Role
To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Foot Reflexology Centre by managing customer appointments, handling payments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting therapists and management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Explain reflexology services, packages, and promotions.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable treatments.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely.
- Ensure a positive customer experience from entry to exit.
Appointment Management
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Manage walk-in customers efficiently.
- Coordinate therapist assignments based on availability.
- Send appointment reminders via WhatsApp or phone.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Collect payments through cash, card, and digital methods.
- Generate invoices and receipts.
- Maintain daily cash records.
- Reconcile cash and sales at the end of each shift.
Membership & Sales
- Promote membership plans and treatment packages.
- Upsell additional services where appropriate.
- Follow up with customers for renewals and repeat visits.
- Maintain customer database and loyalty programs.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance records for staff.
- Update daily sales reports.
- Track customer visits and therapist utilization.
- Maintain appointment registers and records.
Centre Operations
- Ensure reception area is clean and organized.
- Monitor stock of refreshments, forms, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness.
- Report maintenance issues immediately.

Pay: ₹750.00 - ₹800.00 per day
