About the Role
We're looking for a Community Manager to build and manage online creator communities. While Discord is our primary platform, experience managing Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar communities is equally valuable.
Your goal is to keep the community active, respond to members, organize engagement activities, and create a positive experience for creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate Discord and other online communities.
- Respond to member queries and messages in a timely manner.
- Post daily announcements, updates, and engaging content.
- Organize community events, challenges, and giveaways.
- Re-engage inactive members and grow community participation.
- Maintain community records and report daily activities.
- Work closely with the creator and operations team.
Requirements
- Experience managing any online community (Discord, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
- Excellent written English communication.
- Friendly, proactive, and highly organized.
- Comfortable handling multiple conversations at once.
- Basic knowledge of social media and creator communities.
- Freshers with strong community management skills are welcome.
