Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience in IT Sales and SaaS Sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in leading sales teams. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and managing strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Drive end-to-end sales for IT Services and SaaS products, from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT/SaaS solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives/Sales Representatives.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity and results.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure successful client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT Sales and/or SaaS Sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS business models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling and leading sales teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and drive business growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience selling SaaS products, software solutions, IT services, cloud solutions, or enterprise applications.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
