We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business growth.
*Freshers can also be eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Pitch and sell digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, Email Automation, and Web Development
- Generate leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
