Required Skills
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and inventory management.
- Manufacturing domain knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
- Configure and implement Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory based on business needs.
- Customize workflows, forms, reports, and business processes within Zoho applications.
- Handle inventory, invoicing, purchases, sales, and stock management through Zoho Inventory.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Ensure GST compliance and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth business operations.
