Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with at least 2 year of experience in sales to promote and generate business for Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD). The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting the growth of deposit assets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Fixed Deposit (FD) and Recurring Deposit (RD) products to customers.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets for deposit products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Educate customers about FD and RD schemes and benefits.
Maintain proper documentation related to deposit accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Provide regular updates on sales activities to the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of deposit products such as FD and RD.
Ability to meet sales targets.
Customer relationship management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 year of experience in sales, preferably in banking, NBFC, or Nidhi companies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
FD and RD deposit mobilization.
Number of new customers acquired.
Achievement of monthly sales targets.
