Hotel Systems Management
- Administer the Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage Point of Sale (POS) systems for restaurants and bars.
- Support Channel Manager, Booking Engine, CRS, and Revenue Management systems.
- Maintain interfaces between PMS, POS, payment gateways, and accounting software.
User Support
- Provide technical support to all departments.
- Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct basic user training on hotel applications.
Cybersecurity
- Implement antivirus and endpoint protection.
- Manage firewall and network security.
- Ensure secure password policies and access controls.
- Monitor for unauthorized access and security incidents.
CCTV & Security Systems
- Maintain CCTV systems and recordings.
- Support biometric attendance systems and access control.
- Coordinate with vendors for security system maintenance.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain IT asset registers.
- Document network diagrams, licenses, and SOPs.
- Ensure software licenses are valid and compliant.
- Prepare IT-related reports and audits.
Coordination with Hotel Departments
- Support Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Finance, Sales, HR, and Engineering with technology-related requirements.
- Ensure minimal downtime for guest-facing systems.
