We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our canvassing efforts for home care services. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth . You will actively prospect and engage with home care clients, promoting our services and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients who require home care services, including elderly care, post-surgery recovery, or chronic illness management.
- Client Consultation: Assess the needs of prospective home care clients and recommend appropriate services to improve their quality of life at home.
- Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and social service organizations to create referral channels.
- Community Outreach: Engage with local communities, senior centers, and hospitals to promote our home care services and gain trust from clients and their families.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into paying clients.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand Awareness: Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand recognition and attract new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with home-care staff, caregivers, nurses, and field teams.
- Coordinate with recruitment/HR teams to ensure adequate staffing for client needs.
- Provide ongoing support to caregivers and field staff, addressing work-related concerns or operational challenges.
- Assist in onboarding new staff, ensuring they understand service standards and client expectations.
- Monitor and track home-care staff attendance on a daily/weekly basis.
- Arrange staff replacements during leave or absenteeism to avoid service disruption.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records for reporting and payroll coordination.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or canvassing (preferably in home care sectors).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients ( healthcare professionals).
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to effectively negotiate service contracts and influence decision-makers.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set and meet goals, and manage time effectively.
- Empathy & Patience: Strong interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with vulnerable home care clients and their families. Empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed academically and professionally in healthcare.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
