Job Summary
The IT / Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the organization’s IT infrastructure and day-to-day administrative operations. This role ensures smooth functioning of computer systems, network security, office facilities, vendor coordination, and administrative compliance, enabling employees to work efficiently and securely.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, routers, and other IT assets.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and antivirus software.
- Maintain data security, backups, and access controls.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for system upgrades, repairs, and AMC renewals.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration including facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, internet services, electricity, repairs, and other utilities.
- Manage office assets, inventory records, and procurement requests.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks and internal coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities (system access, assets allocation, recovery).
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of servers, data backup, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage vendors and negotiate service terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IT support and/or office administration.
- Relevant IT certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
