We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Businesses Development Officer to join our growth-focused team at Shriram Life Insurance Company Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong customer relationships.
KEY RRESPONSIBILITIES-
Lead Generation: Identify and tap into new business opportunities through various active channels.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with clients.
Team Synergy: Collaborate with internal support and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
Reporting: Maintain a rigorous log of sales activities, follow-ups, and report performance to management.
Job Requirements & QualificationsEducation:
Minimum of a 12th Pass
xperience: 0.5 to 3 years of experience
Core Skills: Strong communication, persuasive negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Pay: ₹18,361.00 - ₹25,289.00 per month
