About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at UIDM, Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students/clients effectively over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and explain courses/services
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Generate and schedule appointments/counselling sessions
- Maintain and update lead data in records/CRM
- Resolve basic queries and provide excellent customer support
- Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team for conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly call and follow-up targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Undergraduate (Any Stream)
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support/sales (Freshers can also apply)
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM preferred)
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
Preferred Skills
- Experience in educational counselling or telecalling will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills
