Job Title: Logistics Executive – Dispatch Department

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations.
- Handle transportation negotiations with transporters and logistics vendors to ensure cost-effective services.
- Track vehicle movements, shipment status, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Manage inward and outward movement of goods, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
- Manage and coordinate blue-collar workforce involved in dispatch, loading, unloading, and warehouse activities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to dispatch, transportation, and logistics activities.
- Maintain dispatch documentation, invoices, e-way bills, and PODs (Proof of Delivery).
- Track delivery performance and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Maintain records of transportation costs and logistics performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal departments, warehouses, and transport partners for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dispatch procedures.
- Required Skills
- Strong transportation negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Experience in MIS tracking, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience in handling blue-collar teams and workforce management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Transportation, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong analytical and record-management skills.
