The Financial Controller will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and management, with the ability to implement and maintain robust financial controls.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.

Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Accounting Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

Maintain and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

Internal Controls:

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations.

Coordinate and support external audits.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Strategic Planning:

Support the CFO in financial planning and strategy.

Provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth and efficiency.

Participate in long-term business planning and analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
